We are offering forging facilities for small, medium to heavy steel forging out of carbon alloys and the stainless steel with the help of drop forge hammer, clear space hammer and 1500 Ton Hydraulic press equipped with manipulator.

The forgings are duly heat-treated to achieve the required physical properties and are supplied in proof – machined / ready to use condition. Our in – house facilities include fully chemical, physical and NDT lab to ensure quality at every stage of forging. Our organisation holds expertise in providing line boring of large engine Blocks, Compressors and Gear Boxes. We use specially designed boring tools which are pneumatically operated. Our team of technicians specializes in the respective field and can efficiently take precision line boring of damaged or misaligned bore. We ensure that the boring is done with utmost accuracy of 0.02 mm along with high level of surface finish.

Insitu boring Services offered by us include:

• Correction of main journal housing by undertaking line boring and maintenance of alignment as per the specifications provided by the manufacturers.
• Over sizing of main journal housings which are damaged, normally one or two main journal housing are recommended to be oversize by the manufacturers.
• Use of special bearings as per the clients requirements.
• Metal stitching of the areas which are cracked.
• Correction of dowel pin holes, Main Journal Caps and Main Journal cap bolt threads.
