We undertake Audit & Inspection of Marine Engine and Spares. We thoroughly inspect the new and second hand engine and parts to ensure that the spares are as per the Manufacturer specification and perform satisfactory. Further, we also perform activities of technical consultation, inspection, supplier qualification, apart from site Q.A. / Q.C. service in the Power Generation field.

We have pioneered ourselves in Connecting Rod Calibration and Repairs. We have well established procedures for repair of Connecting Rod and Non destructive test for crack detection. We provide inspection of straightness of Connecting Rod on DRDO Mounted Machine, Machining and lapping of damaged serration. We undertake boring and grinding of big end bores in order to remove taper and ovality. Tolerances are maintained as recommended by manufacturer.

We undertake rebabbiting of large and small size bearings on centrifugal babitting machine. The machine is specially designed to ensure uniform layer of white metal and high quality of babbitting. The different parts we use are crankshaft bearings, pump bearings, crosshead bearings, intermediate bearings, turbine bearings, main gear bearings, stern tube bearings, thrust pads for main shafts, turbines and crankshafts.
